Cancellation policy
The refund depends on how far in advance you cancel. The applicable policy is shown before you confirm the booking and is recorded on the booking itself.
Before confirmation
Cancelling before the host confirms costs nothing — it simply frees up the date.
After payment
The refund follows the tiers set for the venue (e.g. Flexible, Moderate or Strict), based on how far in advance you cancel relative to the event date.
Cancellation by the host
If the host cancels a booking that has already been paid, the consumer receives a full refund.
